These terms apply to all orders placed on this website, operated by iElectronic UK Ltd (company no. 07882386, VAT no. 141134460), 60 Stoke Newington Road, London N16 7XB ("we", "us").
1. Who can order
Our site is intended for people living in the United Kingdom. By ordering you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract. Physical products are delivered to UK addresses only.
2. How the contract is formed
After you order we send an email confirming receipt. The contract is formed when we accept your order and take payment.
3. Memberships
Memberships (e.g. Web Sport 12 Months) run for the period shown from the date of activation. Memberships do not renew automatically; we remind you before expiry and you can renew from your account. A membership may be watched on one screen at a time.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Payment is taken by debit or credit card through Worldpay at the time of ordering. We never see or store your full card number. Prices may change, but changes do not affect orders we have already accepted. If a product is mispriced we will contact you before dispatch.
5. Delivery
Orders placed before 3pm on a working day are normally dispatched the same day; delivery usually takes 2–3 working days. Risk passes to you on delivery; ownership passes once we have received full payment.
6. Your right to cancel
You may cancel an order for physical goods within 14 days of receiving them. Return the goods unused and in their original packaging; we refund the price within 14 days of receiving them. For digital memberships, you ask us to start the service immediately when you order; you lose the right to cancel once the membership has been activated.
7. Faulty goods
If a product is faulty, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This does not affect your statutory rights.
8. Our liability
We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We are not responsible for business losses or losses that were not foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
9. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including broadcaster or satellite outages.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
