iElectronic UK Ltd (60 Stoke Newington Road, London N16 7XB) is the data controller for personal data collected on this website.
What we collect
Your name, email address, phone number and address; details of your orders, memberships and renewals; messages you send us; and technical data such as your IP address. Card payments are handled by Worldpay — we never receive your full card number.
Why we use it
- To take and deliver your orders and activate your memberships (contract).
- To send order updates, sign-in codes and renewal reminders by email and SMS (contract / legitimate interests).
- To answer your enquiries and keep accounting records (legal obligation).
- To prevent fraud and keep our services secure (legitimate interests).
We do not send marketing without your consent and never sell your data.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run the business: Worldpay (payments), SMTP2GO (email), ClickSend (SMS), Google (website analytics, only with your permission), our hosting provider and couriers, and Digiturk to activate your membership.
How long we keep it
Order and accounting records are kept for 6 years. Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted on request unless we must keep it by law.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@digiturk.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

We use the cookies needed to run the site (session, security and basket); these are always on.
